we're a small food cart on central avenue doing what we know. charcoal grilled meat, fresh tortillas, and nothing frozen. we're here because medford deserves to eat well, and we're not interested in shortcuts.
everything comes off the charcoal. that's where the flavor lives. we prep our own meat, grill it in front of you, and hand you something that tastes like it was made with actual care. no complicated story needed. just good food, done the right way.
